Tube fittings are used in process control, Instrumentation, Hydraulic & Pneumatic applications in Chemicals & Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, Offshore, Power Plants, Automobile and other process industries. The range includes Double Ferrule (Swagelok Type), Single Ferrule (Parker Type) & DIN-2353 (Ermeto type).

The standard sizes range from 2mm to 50mm, 1/16" to 2" and nominal bore sizes from 1/8" to 1.1/2" NB, with variety of end connections according to BSP, NPT, BSPT, METRIC, UNF, or any other thread standard. High quality of steel and alloys are procured from genuine sources with check tests conducted by neutral inspection agencies. Total accuracy in manufacturing and quality is maintained through the use of thread and gap inspection gauges which are regularly calibrated.

Tube fittings are given surface protection to guarantee, long life even in the most corrosive atmosphere e.g. All Stainless Steel nuts are internally silver plated to prevent galling of threads.

Prithvi Steel fittings are tested as per universally accepted norms for pressure & stress.
